Once in a while you get to know/work with people that are truly outstanding at what they do: you feel taken care of, relaxed, inspired and you have nonstop fun. That’s how we feel about Colleen, Seb, David and Brighde. We had an amazing experience. What made this trip one of the bests ever is that it was not only Michelin level food, luxurious accommodations, highly entertaining + super fun activities, it was vegan!! This trip (or probably any trip with them) must be on every one’s bucket list. And if you’re not vegan, sign up: I can’t imagine how anyone would not love this food. On top of that, we got to meet such wonderful companion travelers. This was our first trip but it will certainly not be the last.

WOW…what an adventure!!! This was my 1st time traveling with WVT and it certainly was an excursion to remember. Brighde and Seb look after every single detail no matter how big or small…..all I had to do was enjoy the experience…which I did!! I enjoyed the Tanzanian Safari, ALL the delicious food, the adventurous climbing of Mount Kilimanjaro but mostly I enjoyed the camaraderie with those who I shared this wonderful, challenging experience with!!

It was definitely a trip of a lifetime. If you want to be on an incredible trip with delicious and amazing food, catered day trips to nearby Tuscany towns and a home base in an idyllic setting with wonderful people in the Italian countryside , then this trip is for you. Our tour leaders saw to every detail, making me feel cared for and pampered. One of my best trips ever!!

This was truly the best experience of my life. The food was extraordinary. The new friends I conversed with and shared experiences with were a pleasure. Many of the rare experiences and activities offered on the tour would have been impossible for me to arrange as an individual. The tour leader and tour hosts were warm, friendly, and helpful throughout the trip. It would be difficult to list all the things they did to ensure that we enjoyed our time in Japan. Fantastic!!! This was one of those vegan trips I’ve always dreamed of taking to Italy. 5 Star service all the way. Brighde & Seb were the most awesome travel host from the accommodations @ Ipini Villa (WOW!!!) to our daily excursions around Tuscany. Everything went smoothly even the weather (LOL). It was a joy meeting the other travelers on the trip as well. Thank you again for a wonderful time. I look forward to the next trip with WVT.

It was a wonderful trip for so many reasons. The tour hosts, Seb and Brighde, designed and managed a wonderful visit to the Tuscan countryside. The places we visited gave us a great range of small Italian hilltowns to larger Tuscan cities, all with their own unique flavor and sites to see. We experienced everything from high Italian art to the beautiful Italian countryside. The agriturismo that we stayed at is a wonderful place with fabulous staff running everything, we really felt totally taken care of. On top of it all we had a great group to tour with and we really bonded through the wonderful shared experience.

What a magical trip! The experience was perfectly balanced between captivating sightseeing and engaging activities, ensuring we always had something delightful to do. Magic is an art, and Brighde and Seb are true trip magicians. Every little detail was meticulously planned and executed. When you’re on a World Vegan Travel trip, you can truly leave your wallet at home—every need is anticipated and taken care of. From Brighde carrying a bag full of Euro coins for “loo” time to the expertly hand-picked local guides chosen by Seb and Brighde, every aspect of the trip was thoughtfully arranged to perfection. The culinary aspect of our trip was nothing short of exceptional. Our group had special dietary needs well beyond standard vegan fare, and each of our unique requirements was met perfectly. Every meal was a delightful surprise, showcasing local flavours and creativity while accommodating our specific needs. From breakfast to dinner, the food was always delicious, nutritious, and thoughtfully prepared, ensuring we could enjoy every bite without worry. My husband and I weren’t sure what to expect with group travel but we knew we would need help setting up a vegan trip to Japan. This trip offered everything we imagined and much more plus we made new friends in the process! The food and experiences really suited us and gave us a real sense of the places we visited, which is what we are looking for when we travel! The accommodations were all superior! Traveling with World Vegan Travel is my favorite way to see the world – I recently completed my 4th trip with the group in 1.5 years! I have traveled to Northern Italy, Botswana, Thailand and Alsace with WVT and each trip has a special place in my heart. Seb and Brighde’s attention to detail is impeccable, the accommodations are luxurious, the food is delicious & abundant, and the activities are so much fun! In Thailand, every single day offered a new adventure. We rode bikes, participated in a cooking class, had a day on a catamaran, and toured the canals of Bangkok. One of my favorite aspects of WVT trips is the community of travelers that I have met. I have already coordinated with several of my new friends & fellow WVT travelers to book my next WVT trip. This is the best way to travel!!

The trip is magical, as stated it its’ title. What a pleasure to travel with such a small group and be taken care of by four tour guides. Seb and Brighde ensure that there is nothing to worry about for seven heavenly days. The cuisine is gourmet – copious amounts of exceptional vegan food at almost every moment. The special encounters, such as the trip to an animal sanctuary and a private tour of a winery, made us feel that we were insiders immersed in the Italian culture. Colleen and David, along with Seb and Brighde, brought the group together to share fun times, great stories, amazing food and lots of wine. If you are looking to learn more about Tuscany, make new friends, discover amazing cuisine, and have a totally relaxed vacation where someone else takes on all the work of making it amazing, this trip is for you – even if you are not vegan.

The trip exceeded my wildest expectations! I knew we were going to see great things in Italy, and was reassured that since the trip was vegan, we wouldn’t have to worry about having suitable food options. What I didn’t expect was a few things. First, the great friends we made in such a short time! We’ve been on group tours before, and the group nature is usually a minus and not a plus. Here, it was the reverse. One of the highlights of the trip was having breakfast, lunch, and dinner with incredibly interesting and nice people. And I’m usually one who doesn’t prefer to talk at breakfast! Second, the food was absolutely amazing. There were maybe just two meals that I would consider merely “good” — the vast majority were, “OMG this is amazing!” Just seriously good food. Third, how frictionless the entire trip was. Once the trip started, we didn’t have to spend a Euro on anything — everything was included, even coins to use the pay toilets in Italy. Everything was taken care of for us, and we didn’t have to worry about anything. Even Wi-Fi on the bus courtesy of mobile hot spots. Overall, truly an amazing trip that I will remember forever. We loved it so much that we just put on ad deposit down on another World Vegan Travel trip!!

I had a way better time than I expected going into it and left with new friends. The places were beautiful (of course). The food, delicious. Agrivilla I Pini is a true getaway but best of all was the staff, it was great getting to know some of them. Like most of us, I hadn’t fully disconnect from work for almost 2 years so this trip was much needed. Needless to say, when Seb & Brighde instructed us to relax and not think it was music to my ears, they provided the wonderful details and I followed along. Colleen & her husband David were so easy going. They were all true professionals and I felt comfortable and taken care of the entire time. The group also blended seamlessly and we shared lots of laughs! I’ll definitely be booking another trip, hopefully Northern Italy 2022. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This is my third trip with World Vegan Travel. This vacation was truly unforgettable, and the trip of a lifetime! Nothing is left to chance with WVT. Every detail has been arranged for the traveler’s comfort and peace of mind. The transportation, the special guest speakers, and the accommodations were top-notch. The FOOD! The food was abundant and exceptional. The hosts of WVT are warm, kind, professional, and all-around lovely people. I would highly recommend World Vegan Travel to anyone who would like to experience truly luxurious travel with compassionate, kind, and FUN people.

I am a frequent traveler, but the Rwanda trip with World Vegan Travel was by far my all-time favorite. The food, the people, the accommodations, and of course, the gorillas and other primates, were amazing in so many ways. Seeing the gorillas and visiting Dian Fossey’s gravesite brought tears to my eyes. I will always treasure these memories and can’t recommend this trip enough. I also met my new best friend on it.

From the delicious food to the lovely accommodations to the perfectly crafted itinerary (not to mention the delightful fellow travelers), this trip was very special! Brighde and Seb were fabulous, fun hosts, taking incredible care of us along the way. I could not have asked for a better inaugural visit to South Africa!

From our arrival in Cape Town, to our two camps/lodges in Botswana, and finally leaving from Greyton, SA, we felt pampered and cared for. The food, accommodations, guides, and other travelers were wonderful, professional, and fun. We saw so many wild animals and beautiful places. It was a trip of a lifetime. Colleen and David were so friendly and welcoming. Brighde and Seb were a great team.

My wife and I have traveled with Seb and Brighde on multiple trips to multiple countries within the last six years. The Garden Route was fantastic, with safaris, wineries, river cruises, vegan menus, and great fellow travelers. We look forward to our next adventure with Seb and Brighde, the core of World Vegan Travel.

Amazing experience, a dream come true! We saw a huge number and variety of wild animals and birds up close on the safaris, and then being able to pet farm animals at the end, during our visit to a farm animal sanctuary, was the icing on the cake! The food was varied and delicious; it’s such a treat as a vegan to travel without ever having to worry about the food. I enjoyed meeting like-minded people from different parts of the world who were part of the group, and the local staff at all the hotels, lodges, and safaris were friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable. The tour guides, Brighde and Seb, made sure everything ran smoothly, and the photographer Jennifer Hadley’s passion for photography was contagious! There were many highlights and many things I loved about traveling with World Vegan Travel. One of the most important for me personally, apart from the attention to detail, is the care given to always put animals and the environment first. Looking forward to doing more trips with WVT!

This trip was so well organized, from the experiences to the food to the accommodations. I felt completely safe and comfortable at all times. The owners are lovely, and they planned the best experiences throughout the entire trip. Everything went according to plan, and the trip exceeded my expectations. I did the Garden Route trip in South Africa, and it was my first time there. The itinerary was so well planned out that we saw so much packed into the week, yet still had some time for rest and relaxation. It was my first time using World Vegan Travel, but now that I’m back from that trip, I’m considering another trip with them next year. Also, the vegan food was absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend World Vegan Travel—they will make sure you have an epic trip!

This was not a trip of a lifetime; it was THE trip of a lifetime! Brighde and Seb were the most thoughtful, kind, and fun-loving hosts. They made our experience totally stress-free. Every aspect of the trip was so well curated, from the hotels to the safari lodge to the river cruise to the five-star vegan dining in absolutely beautiful settings. And the animals, and the animals… Having award-winning wildlife photographer Jennifer Hadley with us was a wonderful benefit. She was so generous with her expertise and lots of fun to get to know. We never got the feeling that Brighde and Seb were trying to sell the tour. They let their deep commitment and love for what they do, their personalities, and their experience speak for the tour. Now we don’t want to travel anywhere without them. We can’t wait for France in September!

This was the most amazing trip of my life! I cannot believe all the activities they provided for us. And do not even get me started on all the amazingly delicious vegan food! Everything was so well organized and planned—I literally did not have to worry or think about a single detail during this entire trip. The guides (Brighde, Seb, Colleen, and David) were not only amazing hosts but also truly fantastic and caring human beings. In addition to the guides, I met so many wonderful people on this trip and have formed some truly fulfilling friendships with fellow vegans that I hope will last a lifetime. If I could only use one word to describe this trip and my experience, it would be EPIC. I cannot travel or vacation any other way unless it is with World Vegan Travel and/or a Joyful Vegan Trip! I loved my experience so much that I am booked for their 2024 Japan trip! I cannot wait to see Brighde, Seb, Colleen, and David again and to meet more new travel companions. I am positive that every trip I go on with World Vegan Travel/Joyful Vegan in the future is always going to be EPIC, and I cannot wait!
