Canada

Why we love Canada

If you’re into nature, wildlife, seasons and vibrant cities, than the world’s second biggest country is the place to be!

Canada is Seb’s country of birth and Brighde’s current country of adoption as we’ve both made our new home on the west coast, in the small mountain town of Squamish, located perfectly between the beautiful city of Vancouver and the gorgeous resort of Whistler.

Now when most people think of Canada, they probably imagine snow-capped mountains, crystal-clear lakes, bears, and forests as far as the eye can see.  And yes, all of these are true and they look exactly as they do on those travel brochures!   Canada’s pristine nature is also home to countless activities for the outdoors’s enthusiasts — way too numerous to list here! — and if you need a bit of comfort, the cities are modern, clean, safe and busy with one festival after the other (especially in summer!).

In conclusion, Canada is beautiful, unspoiled and modern, clean, safe, multilingual and multinational, has mountains, plains, rugged coastline, beaches and millions of lakes, amazing and plentiful wildlife from bears to cougars to moose to wolves, and even the often harsh winters come with fun festivals and plenty of outdoor activities.  It even has wineries!  So what are you waiting for?  Come check it out!
